Our body has power to Heal itself without any medicine within a few hours or sometimes days. If you still need, Yoga is the best Doctor for our physical as well mental health. Conversation with good people is second Doctor for all human. But I suggest to do all the things parallelly i mean practice Yoga daily, stay connected with people who have good vibes and take food as per your body’s requirement.
I heard about quote that ” Take your food as your medicine otherwise you have to take your Medicine as food” our body always gives sign that which food is good for our Physical health as well mental health. Listen to your body, observe symptoms and cure yourself. We have the knowledge about Food and Good time for eating particular Food. Like we have to take Heavy Breakfast in the morning, High protein food during lunch, We can take Fruits 2 hour before or after lunch, and take light weight dinner and can take fruits before dinner. I also suggest to take seasonal Fruits and vegetables. Our organ require more time to digest so it’s advisable to take light foods during night. Along with all of these take sunbath daily min for 20 minutes. Because source of vitamin D is only sunlight.
Before you eat or drink anything, stop and think about your body and check it, Is it beneficial to your body or it can be harmful to our organs ?? because some food contains preservatives which can be damage your organ. And once the organ damage more than certain limit it can’t be repair and replacement is not easy and affordable. So take care of God’s gift and blessing.
God gives us priceless body and organs. No technology or super specialist or scientist can make human’s eight important organs and can’t repairs as given by god. So it is much important to stay aware about food, water, atmosphere and health.
Don’t eat for taste or for fun, that can gives you joy for a few hours but it can be harmful for our health. That tasty food can damage your organ and sometimes makes life painful and spoil life.
